Please wait in the Salon Republic reception area until being invited into Lalalash Studio. This ensures a more relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere for each client during their lash service.
CLEAN UP YOUR ACT!
Please come with “clean lashes”. This means that you remove any mascara from lashes and refrain from using heavy moisturizers or sunscreens into your appointment as this can compromise the integrity of the bond. Clients who come in without observing this will likely shed lashes double quick, and fills/appointments to “fix” are at full price and/or not necessarily guaranteed to be available (though we really really try our best!)
CANCELLATION POLICY IN A NUTSHELL:
Each appointment has a specific time allotment based on the scheduling needs of Lalalash Studio. Appointments are considered “no shows” if client: a. Is more than 15 minutes late to the confirmed appointment time. b. Cancels or reschedules less than 24 hours before the appointment. c. Reschedules more than once within a month. No show appointments purchased with a voucher series are considered to be a used portion of the voucher fill series package and fulfilled. A subsequent appointment in the series cannot be accommodated until 4 weeks after original appointment. If client chooses to come in for an additional lash service within a calendar month, regular Lalalash fees apply or packages may be purchased directly from Lalalash.
APPOINTMENT DURATION POLICY: For natural set and natural set fills (these are the services offered through the voucher series packages), the full set and fill appointments are 45 minutes If, based on the desire for more lashes or a fuller/more glam look, client elects that they need more than 45 minutes, it is considered a double session. Any fill appointment going over 45 minutes is subject to double session fees and rates, to be discussed scheduled and agreed upon between client and Lalalash prior to rendering service. This is considered an additional service within the voucher fill package series because it necessities additional time spent for each client and poses considerable scheduling issues.
Clients cannot combine 2 sessions within their series. Only one session per calendar month may be used. Again, this is to facilitate truly timely service with no waits.
Basically: if you want more lashes and it takes considerably more time, we need to allot for that time and client needs to choose to compensate Lalalash Studios accordingly, otherwise single session fees and appointment duration times apply. These time allotments include dry times.
THIS IS TO ALLOW EACH CLIENT A TIMELY START AND FINISH TO EVERY SERVICE, EVERY TIME. NO SUPRISES, NO HOUR LONG WAITS. NO FRUSTRATION.
Again, double services are not considered to be part of the voucher series, based on VOUCHER SERIES TERMS AND CONDITIONS. E.g The second half of the double fill time, is subject to regular Lalalash studio fees and rates as agreed upon and discussed prior to rendering service since this is an additional booked service in a one month period.
Understanding, respecting and complying with these Lalalash Studio policies will heighten the entire service and quality of lash work, and a timely lash extension experience.
PLEASE TELL US YOU ARE USING A VOUCHER WHEN YOU MAKE YOUR APPOINTMENT OR YOU MAY NOT BE ABLE TO USE IT FOR THAT APPOINTMENT, AND PURCHASE ALL PACKAGES AND PROMOTIONS AFTER THT DIRECTLY THROUGH LALALASH STUDIO:
Clients using a voucher MUST notify Lalalash Studios prior to arriving for their appointment that they are using a voucher. Clients are welcome to use vouchers for their first introduction to Lalalash, but it is the policy of Lalalash Studio to not allow clients to utilize vouchers over and over once they have made their initial voucher purchase. Returning clients are asked to purchase packages/deals directly through Lalalash. Clients who use vouchers if they are a returning clients will be asked to request refund/return voucher and purchase packages directly through Lalalash.
Clients who do not advise Lalalash Studio that they are using a voucher prior to their appt time will be considered regular clients and regular rates and fees apply. Please let us know if you are using a voucher as it does affect how we schedule you!
